Choosing where you store your valuables and what type or size of storage unit to rent can be difficult. The choices and features can seem overwhelming. We’re here to make it as easy as possible for you. Below you will find answers to the most commonly asked questions. Feel free to reach out to customer service if you need further assistance.
Regular access hours are from 6am – 10pm, seven days a week. If you need access outside of regular gate hours, flexible scheduling may be available. Please contact management to arrange.
Our storage units range in size from 5’x10’ to 25’x15. For more information, check out our size guide page for details on what can be stored and what will fit.
No reservations are allowed. Units are rented on a first come, first served basis.
A major credit is required. Visa and Mastercard only.
You will need to bring your valid driver's license.
Yes! We rent our storage units on a month-to-month basis to give you the flexibility to rent for whatever amount of time makes sense for you. However, at least one full month's rent is required in addition to the $25 application fee.
Homeowners and renters insurance typically include off-premises coverage that covers belongings in a storage unit. This coverage can be pretty limited, though, so going through your homeowners or renters insurance policy isn’t always the best option when storing possessions that add up to a significant total value.

We have storage units with extra wide doors that can accommodate vehicles and parking spaces available.
Outdoor parking spaces are available at our 1119 Courier Place location. Call us to check availability.
